Journeyverse is a personal/lifestyle blog. The idea originated as a way to get Journey’s literature and work to the masses. This blog will feature various posts on diverse subjects from personal development, pop culture, entertainment reviews, and more. The blog will serve as a digital portfolio as well, similar to a resume specifically focused on writing. As Journeyverse expands there will be services offered as well for other aspiring writers and people looking to learn more about writing.

Journey is the creator of “Journeyverse” and she is an author of poetry, short stories, novels. She has been writing since eight in elementary school. She used it as a past time to escape reality and create her own world. It wasn’t until after reading “The Coldest Winter Ever” by Sister Souljah, that she felt inspired to make her passion into a way of life.

Journey is a UC Davis graduate with a degree in English. She is currently writing on the platform Wattpad, where you can find some of her work. In her free time, she works on her novels Below The Belt (a work in progress) and The City of Trees (an auto-fiction). She plans to expand her craft by creating several short film scripts. Her 2016 debut documentary “My Oak Park” about her hometown Oak Park (in Sacramento, California) is on YouTube.

For her this is just the beginning she is enlightening the world one word at a time!
